My Favorite Thing To Do!

My favorite thing to do is ride horses. When we ride horses we always end up putting some cattle back in the pasture. Another thing that we do is brand cattle we gather all of the cattle and separate the calves from their moms and we brand them then we put them back with their moms. While we brand if they are a bull calf we make them into a steer by removing their testicles and we put the testicles in a zip lock back so dad can breed and fry them and they are so good. We all call them calf fries or rocky mountain oysters. If they are old enough we wean them and take them back to the house. Weaning them means that we take them from their moms because they are old enough to eat hay instead of drinking milk.  

There is another thing that I love to do on horse back and that is rodeo. Rodeo is fun there are so many events in rodeo like team roping, steer daubing, lead lined, barrel racing, flag race, poles, goat tying.

So I guess that you can say as long as horses are involved I’m there.
