McBeth
The story of McBeth begins with three witches who meet McBeth on a road and say that one day he will become king. Once he gets back to his home he tells his wife about the prophecy and she encourages him to kill the king. So they kill the king and blame it on someone else. But soon after McBeth kills the king he starts to see his ghost everywhere. Out of fear and paranoia McBeth kills more and more people so he can keep his position of power. By the end there’s so much blood on his hands. The people no longer want McBeth as a king and the play ends with McBeth’s head being cut off.
I honestly didn’t agree with how McBeth handled the news of him becoming a king in the future. If I was in his position I might think that the king will start to become a bad one and the people will no longer want him as king. Then I would come in and dethrone him. Or still on the theory that the king has turned bad I would poison him to make it look like he died of illness and I wouldn’t have a guilty conscience so his ghost wound’t haunt me. Then because I’m such a close friend of the king I would then take the throne.
